CHILD POLICY
For the safety and comfort of all clients we ask children to be accompanied by an adult at all times and carefully monitored. Any breakages or damage to the salon or products will incur a cost to the client. No child under the age of 12 may accompany you while you are having a service. We don't have the facilities for childcare and we cannot assure their safety in a professional environment. Also we do not want to compromise the relaxation of other customers.

CANCELLATION
24 Hour prior notice for any cancellation is required. Group bookings require a $50 deposit to secure your booking. This comes off treatment price at scheduled time or is a forfeited with less than 24 hours cancellation. Must arrive on time to receive a the full service, if you are running late please let us know.
